From the heart of Birmingham’s best independent high street, Eat Vietnam offers up umami-packed traditional Vietnamese food with the freshest ingredients in a pop-up setting. Since 2017 we have offered the same authentic, intimate experience, while keeping dishes and flavours new and ensuring that it is always worth the trip back!

We are big on small business within our local community and worked with Loaf Bakery, The Plough (Harborne), Fusca (Warwick), The Lord Clifden, Faculty Coffee, Practise Pizzeria at DigBrew and Bone Head, before finding our permanent home on Stirchley High Street in the old Maggie’s Munchies cafe. We still collaborate with friends and neighbours, but we can mostly be found at our restaurant these days!
